Japanese. Rfv-sense: The -suru verb usage ブッシュする, related to w:George H. W. Bush vomiting incident, is doubtful. All I can find about the term are mentions, not uses. And curiously, the few sources I have found (of mentions), like [1], are translated from English, not written in Japanese first.
I checked the 1993 edition of 『ja:現代用語の基礎知識』, an annual publication that covers noteworthy topics and terms of the year. It does mention the Bush incident (p.1077) but not Bush-suru in any section I can think of (neologisms, diplomacy, politics, etc), let alone quotations. Whym (talk) 10:28, 21 September 2023 (UTC)

I can't find ブッシュする in Proquest, Nikkei, Mainichi, or Chunichi Shimbun. The Tokyo News database hints that the word appeared once in Tokyo Shimbun in November 2002, but the article does not appear to have been archived (at least, it's not available in the database). - It just occurred to me that we need to be aware for possible false positives with phrases like アンブッシュする ("to ambush") when searching. Some search systems may report such partial matches. (This is just a general reminder.) Whym (talk) 12:00, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
