Also traditional?[edit]

Can this also be a traditional Chinese character? If not, why does it show up in the Nom Foundation database of Vietnamese characters? 24.29.228.33 06:17, 7 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. This character is not a traditional Chinese character and is not used in Vietnamese. The Nom Foundation listed this character [1] based on gdhn, a book titled Giúp đọc Nôm và Hán Việt [2] (Translation: To Help in Reading Nom and Han Viet characters) published in 2004 which lists simplified Chinese characters alongside traditional Chinese characters.
