As Dutch incomplete genders go: in the North most erstwhile feminine words are treated as masculin. Only a number of groups of words like the ones in -ing and -heid are still considered feminine. In the South this is different, there Maas may well still be feminine. The little green book (official govt. list of proper orthography) marks these words as de and dubs them masculine and feminine words.
