A camel is a horse designed by a committee is an expression/phrase describing ineffectiveness of integrating too many people together for a project characterizing with many conflicting opinion by the members. Vecchio, (2006) define conflict as “the process that results when one person (or a group of people) perceives that another person of group is frustrating, or about to frustrate, an important concern.”
