Mathematics definition[edit]
Is this the definition, or is the definition rather: To extend an algebraic object (e.g. a field, a ring, etc.) to the smallest such algebraic object containing (an element not belonging to it).? - i.e. is adjoining defined by what's added (all the series) or by the closedness? Transitive?[edit]
I don't understand how definition "to be in contact" could make a verb transitive? Also Merriam-webster seems to confirm that with such a definition it is intransitive verb. Predelnik2 (talk) 06:16, 20 June 2021 (UTC)
