What was wrong with the Japanese pronunciation? Polyglot 10:07, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)

I've restored the transliteration of the Japanese. The deleter did not say why he was doing this. Please note that it is a transliteration (or romanization) which is a direct rendering of the katakana into Roman letters. It has nothing to do with pronunciation. That question should be dealt with on the page for the Japanese word. Eclecticology 19:41, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)

US?[edit]

I don't understand why there is a US pronunciation listed. I don't think this spelling can be spoken by an American. :-) If I were to jokingly try to pronounce it, the act alone would probably cause a seizure to anyone unfortunate enough to overhear it.  :-) Was that meant to be labeled as "UK" or "CW" or something? --Connel MacKenzie T C 17:29, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
