No, the noun is 'autosexuality'. Although the adjective 'autosexual' can be used as a noun, it 'is' an adjective.

It's like when you ask someone if they want the plain one or the coloured one, and they say, "I'll take the coloured" - they're using 'coloured' as if it were a noun, but it is in fact always an adjective.
