Change in definition[edit]
The change in definition (changing the first part of the definition to "rice noodle") is not correct, because other types of rice noodles, with other names, are used in Vietnamese cuisine. 24.29.228.33 03:04, 19 December 2009 (UTC)

Problems with kind of noodle[edit]
Which variety of noodles does this denote?
Are they egg noodles, or some other kind of noodle?
Can anybody fix the definition? Are they noodles that are dried, and then reconstituted, or what? Are they pressed and cut into a particular size or shape, or is it a noodle that has a certain flavor (anise, caraway, capsicum pepper) in the dough before it is boiled or steamed? Anyway, the definition is lacking in specificity. Somebody needs to fix the definition. 216.99.198.195 06:59, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
