The example with "all" already shows that it doesn't necessarily follow a superlative, though "all" is perhaps somewhat related semantically to a superlative. However, I feel that on the internet I've more than once read it following non-superlative adjectives or even nouns, apparently with the meaning "seriously, honestly, without reservations". Perhaps something like: I think she's really hot, bar none! I don't know if this is common, or slang, or neologism, or just an odd idiolectal use. 90.186.83.177 20:05, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
