I don't understand this definition[edit]

?

For example, a real-estate broker brings together the owner of a house who wishes to sell it and a person who wishes to buy it, and the broker further lends his legal and banking expertise to the advantage of both parties. The seller sells his house, the buyer buys it, and the buyer pays an additional fee that goes to the broker, or real-estate agent. Another example would be an automobile salesman. —Stephen 22:40, 22 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

context refugees[edit]

Is it also someone who organizes escapes of refugees? I heard it in this context. Kampy (talk) 02:06, 26 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
