After fairly extensive searching, I added a number of missing definitions, and even found one quote that could support this strange definition. However, I think the quote I found is actually using it to mean "very small car" (one of the definitions I added.) Perhaps the person who added this definition had read the book I got the quote from...Kiwima (talk) 22:23, 21 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
I've removed the manufacturing tag, perhaps prematurely, but bait and switch in predominantly retail in a human commercial context. In such retail context, it seems NISoP. DCDuring (talk) 14:39, 23 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
