Common usage of the word "copacetic."

I had no idea that the word "copacetic" had such a unique history or that it's no longer commonly used! I researched it today just to confirm that my grasp of this word was "copacetic" with that of the rest of the world. I'm a 61 year old woman raised in Arizona. I can confirm that "copacetic" was a commonly used word in the 50's and 60's.

Did Uncle Remus use this word in the Disney movie, "Song of the South"? I seem to remember that the song "Zippety Doo Dah" was a discription of a copacetic world, but the word isn't in the lyrics. "Song of the South" was removed from circulation in the US library system in the late 70's or early '80's because it reinforced racial stereotypes.
