Swedish[edit]

The following is not an interjection but imperative of the verb dra, in its third use ("leave for some other place"). All the synonyms given (dunsta, försvinn, stick) are also verb imperatives, from verbs mening "leave", "disappear". Many people obviously think that all words that are shouted out in emotional situations are interjections, but that is not true. Many of them are verbs. The definition of interjection is grammatical, not contextual. Those sometimes shouted words that express that you want the person(s) you are talking to to act in a certain way (go!, come!, stop!) are all verbs in the imperative. 85.229.2.41 10:28, 7 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
