Does anyone know how this is pronounced? Specifically, is the <j> /dZ/ or /j/? --Vladisdead 15:03, 24 Jul 2004 (UTC)
well, in the original Old Norse, or modern Icelandic, the /j/ would definitely NOT be /dZ/. As for the modern English pronunciation... one never knows what you people come up with :)
