exceptions

exceptio beneficium de duobus vel pluribus reis debendi[edit]

Google Books only gave me 1 English result for this, all with italics: [1]. --幽霊四 (talk) 12:26, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This one is garbage, because it is either exceptio de duobus vel pluribus reis debendi or beneficium de duobus vel pluribus reis debendi, also with other words than exceptio and beneficium, Anglicized exception and benefit, and there is some constitutio about it and other things. Probably to be moved to de duobus vel pluribus reis debendi to cover all. Fay Freak (talk) 13:01, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

exceptio lis alibi pendens[edit]

Google Books only gave me 2 English results for this, all with italics: [2], [3]. --幽霊四 (talk) 12:26, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Move to lis alibi pendens, which uses to be used thus. It is not an exception but a negative requirement for the admissibility of a suit. Ironically in the quote given it is not with exceptio, so clearly someone with no clue / missing legal education created it, superimposing his crude idea of exception. Well, it's not a quotation (author, work, year, ...?), it rather looks like a longer legal explanation. --幽霊四 (talk) 13:53, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

exceptio beneficium excussionis[edit]

Google's preview showed me only one use in [4], but didn't gave me a snippet of the actual text. Additionally it only had 2 results with "exceptio (beneficium) excussionis": [5], [6]. --幽霊四 (talk) 14:21, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

exceptio beneficium ordinis seu excussionis[edit]

0 results at Google Books; though entered as English. --幽霊四 (talk) 14:21, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed all by moving and tagging the ungrammatical remnants for speedy deletion. Fay Freak (talk) 14:24, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
