- Easy to verify that it exists. There's a wikipedia article about it, many for sale on eBay, and a Google image search for hackle plume brings up many examples. I'd go so far as to say it is widespread use. There is not any definition that already covers it.--Dmol 23:12, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
