Definition 2, "A number that has an infinite numerical value that cannot be counted" does not make sense:

- there is no "number" called "infinity" in mathematics,

- there is no "infinite numerical value",

- an object named "infinity" in a mathematical context can be finite,

- (in)finiteness is a property of sets, not of values,

- whether something can be counted is not determined by whether it is infinite.

In addition, the given quotation refers to singularities in physics, which has very little to do with infinity. TommyRJensen (talk) 08:45, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
