"macaroni cheese"[edit]

Isn't the primary form "macaroni and cheese", while "macaroni cheese" is a derivative? -- 70.51.200.162 09:11, 17 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Not really. I don’t know which is the oldest form globally but ‘macaroni cheese’ was the only term used in Britain for many years, though people are increasingly using the American name for the foodstuff these daysOverlordnat1 (talk) 08:47, 30 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
