Seriously? From Latin mentula? Not from Latin mingere (to urinate)? See the word pija, used in Argentina for "penis", from an old form pixa, old pronunciation [piʃa], cf. colloquial pishar (to urinate), Catalan pixar [piʃá] (Valencian [piʃáɾ], "to urinate".

About minga = "noways" from Italian mica: cf. Argentine rude modes to say "noways": (la) pija, verga, el choto, la poronga, all of them rude words for "penis". Sometimes el culo ("the arse") is used instead. --Manfariel (talk) 20:04, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
