Yes. There's only one usable cite on Usenet. Note however that Urban Dictionary has this definition since 2006 whereas the JeSSe person on Usenet only started using it in 2018. Google also yields more results, some on non-durably archived fora. Seems to me like it is at least somewhat of a legitimate word and not just made up by one person on Usenet.
