Does not even appear as transliteration. Probably taken from Tibetan cuisine where it is unreferenced. DTLHS (talk) 16:07, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

It appears in one novel (on citations page) and many travel websites and blogs. I have added some citations from non-durably archived sources, but the only durably archived source we have is the 2011 novel by E.B. Alston. I am, however, convinced it is a real word, as it appears in so many travel sites and blogs. Kiwima (talk) 20:05, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
