Finnish. "pippaa päässä" gets very few ghits and I've never heard it. There's one BGC use, apparently... but Mika Waltari definitely wasn't alive to write books in 2017, suggesting it is a later print (does anyone have access to the original?) — SURJECTION / T / C / L / 19:34, 13 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

From that one usage example in Google Books it is impossible to know whether "pippaa päässä" refers to mental problems (as currently stated), a common headache or something in between.
