Too specific. It's the sound of air going through a gap as in breaking wind. A specific cite with breaking wind is at [1], but others in other contexts are [2] (exact intent unclear from the snippet) and [3] (unclear but perhaps the sound of a Bronx cheer). Not sure we should have this.
But there's a more specific (and attested) sense of "a sound a cat makes": [4], [5] (seemingly a cat, but unclear from the snippet), [6] (rabbit), [7], and [8], [9].​—msh210 16:48, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
