Reparate is a valid word used throughout the English language. Look on the Internet. Use reparate in a sentence like "Please reparate the Native Americans for breaking treaties. They are due reparations."

None of the on-line dictionaries at OneLook.com have the word. We would need 3 cited quotations of the word in use from a book, a newspaper or other periodical, or from usenet to include and keep each definition of this or any other English word. The quotations should make clear that the meaning corresponds to the definitions. Most 150 uses of this I looked at at Google books are scannos for separate, others refer to a saint, others are not English.
