Questionable, and no sourcing. It's not true either, there are enough sources which demonstrate that saging can be used for disapproval. However as I do not post this claim up I do not need to source it, but the person who posted the associated contradictory claim needs to post up a source. I'll remove it for now till someone can provide an actual source beyond personal information.
