Rfv-sense "A word derived from the name of a place." According to this definition, a term derived from a toponym is still a toponym. That's not how I've ever understood the term. Is it perhaps missing a "rare" label? —Rua (mew) 18:02, 13 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

It's a term derived from a placename which no longer refers to the place, but something else? – Jberkel 18:16, 13 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Ok, thanks. What can we find about the relative frequency of the senses? —Rua (mew) 09:05, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Rua while you are here, why does the coordinated term collapse to a section entitled "undefined"? - TheDaveRoss 18:04, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. I don't see an undefined section. —Rua (mew) 18:23, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Are you talking about the show/hide button generated by User:Ungoliant MMDCCLXIV/synshide.js, which you currently have installed? That version is buggy. You could try a newer version, User:Jberkel/semhide.js. (I need to get it installed globally.) — Eru·tuon 18:38, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Yup, that was it, thanks. And I didn't realize it wasn't global yet, I concur that it should be. - TheDaveRoss 19:12, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Rua The meaning "a word derived from the name of a place" is by far the less frequent meaning. Kiwima (talk) 22:40, 14 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. I think this can be considered finished now. —Rua (mew) 08:42, 15 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
