Talk:twice-weekly

I hesitated to re-enter this because it had been deleted by Connel. I couldn't find out why, but possibly because it had a confusing definition and also because the word does not appear in some American dictionaries, though it is sometimes used in the USA (see Hearings: Public Works By United States, Congress, Committee on Appropriations, House, page 648; published in 1948).
