Talk:work to rule

This was in the newspaper a couple of days ago, and I realised for the first time that it means "work to a rule (noun)" and not "work (in order) to rule", i.e. to succeed in taking over. Silly me. Equinox 23:47, 26 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
