I've removed this claimed etymology;

Coined by New York University marketing professor Scott Galloway.

The claim appears to originate in Froma Harrop's book Mandatory Highy Heels and refers to this blog by Galloway dated September 2019. However, I'm seeing attestations going back to 1983 [1]. Scott Galloway was born in 1964, so if he coined the phrase, he would have had to have done it before the age of 19. SpinningSpark 20:20, 30 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
