@Tropylium: For the first, it's a great idea but I don't know how it could be implemented. (Maybe in a way similar to {{R:ErtSz}} and {{R:TotfalusiNagyEty 2001}}? Btw, previously I made a list of missing Uralonet links.) Probably it didn't look so urgent because this template is not used to identify Uralonet entries solely by PAGENAME, without any other manually supplied parameters.
For the second, you're right, thanks, currently this website works fine indeed, so I've removed the Internet Archive link.
