IPA symbol entries

I have done the structure cleanup for the simple IPA cases. Four remain. I can figure out courses of action to repair word and MWE entries (except in CJKV), but not for even slightly complicated Symbols and Letters.

Will get to them in a bit. Away from my main computer.

Enjoy yourself. I just wanted to get this "off my plate", but not dump too much on yours.
