lig

I'm brand new here, coming over from en.Wiki, did have a recent exchange around Wikipedia:Talk:Dai-ichi that led me to start thinking about broadening into Wikt. I've hit a couple of obstacles, now, on a new effort, and I hope you'll be open to helping a beginner.

This initiative feels like it should be on the lig talk page, but that page was deleted by you 21 Dec. 2011 and rather than start it, and problems, again, I came here first.

I originally came to Wikt today to find "lig" but did not find the English slang on the page. I did find the noun-variant at "ligger." I was going to edit "lig" accordingly and found the page locked, went to the Talk page as instructed, then came here.

I'm not particularly pleased to start on slang, but pleased to start nonetheless. And there's some discussion of the word in the article comments section; it seems legit, confirmed by the "ligger"s entry. So it seems to me "lig" should be edited to include something like this:

I don't know why the "en-verb" is resulting in the "User talk: ..." line. If you can help with that plus the larger question of, if you concur, moving ahead with the edit, I'd appreciate it. If you recommend it, I'll just pick up with a renewed lig talk page, I guess linked to this section here.
