requesting help reguarding translation-add script

Fine Sir,

you have been recommended to me by another administrator. My intention is to add a certain feature of the English Wiktionary, namely the one that allows users to add translations without manually editing the code. Unfortunately none of the German users have yet been able to code it. I, too, lack the knowledge needed, but I think with the help of a coder from the English Wiktionary it should be possible to realize my idea. Conrad.Irwin, who originally wrote that code - as I have been told, has not been seen for quite some time though so I am asking you for help. Do you know how to code this?
