About me

My username is from the Old English poem Deor. The poem is about perseverance in the face of adversity and each stanza is separated by the refrain: "Þæs ofereode, þisses sƿa mæg", literally "That passed over, so may this" but often translated wholly as "This too shall pass."

Languages I speak

I speak American English natively (General American with a mild Inland North accent). I also speak Serbo-Croatian as my second primary language, meaning that I participate in online discussion and Serbo-Croatian-speaking communities.
