Hi, thanks for your contributions to Japanese entries. We could use more help from contributors like you. Just a word about 避難所, the romanization could go either way, hinanjo or hi'nanjo, because on WT many editors use an apostrophe to clarify where the "n" falls, in this case to distinguish between ひなんじょ (hi'nanjo) or ひんあんじょ (hin'anjo.) Whether to use an apostrophe at all is still up in the air though and the entries on WT are not consistent with respect to that.
