Hi, firstly I'd like to welcome you to Wiktionary. Regarding your Chinese entry, here at Wiktionary, we split Chinese into its topolects. So strictly speaking, we don't have a Chinese language title, instead we have Mandarin, Cantonese, Wu.. so on and so forth.
