Meta Block[edit]

@Ottawahitech sorry to see you blocked on Meta. You were blocked for disobeying the rules(which you did). You could say though that because you did not see a block or lock template on CT301’s account that you did not know. He was locked because he was blocked on five projects and really was just too immature to edit(he can probably appeal in 1 year).
