Apologies If I ramble... I have been investigating this for... at least 12 hours. In fact, there are so many different IPs used that I basically gave up looking for related ips. It all started seeing these three IPs editing John Hagee and removing information from the lede that was well cited below back in February 2018.([2], [3], [4]) At the time I didn't want to deal with it, so I left the removals alone. However, I was very suspicious due to these 3 IPs being so well versed in Wiki-talk. I happened to check other blocked users who were using sockpuppets as well on some of the commonly edited pages. I found this very SPI page in the end, did more research and edit screening and am 99% confident this user is a sockpuppet of Andres. Andres was blocked in March 2012 for edit warring, and topic ban violations, etc.(https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log/block&page=User%3AAndresHerutJaim) and as you can see there is a clean 6 year gap and the new account, created in Feb 2018 is editing vast amounts of the same articles. In fact Andreas and have common edits on 184 articles. Anyway, since I found so many edits from diferent 181 ips, I decided to scour the contribs and this is how i discovered the connections: I looked at range edits from these 181.90.32.0/20, 181.90.240.0/20, 181.91.128.0/20 (talk · contribs) - but then mainly I looked at these and logged when exactly the edits to Israel related articles were done, and aggresive editing summaries:

Special:Contributions/181.90.0.0/16 - from sept 2016; March /May 2017 - Feb 22 2018 Special:Contributions/181.91.0.0/16 - from march/April 2017 - Feb 24 2018 Special:Contributions/181.92.0.0/16 - from sept/nov 2017 - Feb 2018 Special:Contributions/181.93.0.0/16 - from may 2017 - november 2017 Special:Contributions/186.109.251.207 - late nov 2017. (obviously the same user, but didnt have the energy to go through (186. range)

Anyway, noticeably they all knew about Wikipedia policy, constantly cited it, and all seemed to stop editing by Feb 2018. Funny, one of the IPs leaves a very upset message on his talk that he was somehow blocked, and claims to have decided to only edit anonymously for an unknown reason. I noticed that already confirimed sock נעם_חדד (talk • contribs) started editing in late January and was blocked by February. Notably, all ips are out of Buenos Aires, and many 181 IPS have already been rangeblocked or investigated in connection to Andres. On Feb 27, the suspected sock יניב הורון (talk • contribs) is created.

The confrimed and blocked sock נעם חדד had only edited on 4 mainspace articles, and יניב הורון (talk • contribs) has edited 3 of those aricles: Robert Spencer (author), Rothschild family, and Pat Condell (other sock Sukzair has also edited on this one). The 4th article that נעם חדד edited, Lorde, is something that 181.90.35.76 the IP that edited on John Hagee showed interest in. Gavin McInnes has also been edited by both [181.91.131.62] and יניב הורון (talk • contribs).

20 December 2017 - 181.94.6.38 : "we don't abide by censorship or "I don't like it", we must report what reliable sources say", thus adds content with 1 sourced article about sexual harassment charges, reverting subject editing own article probably.
11 January 2018 - 181.90.241.251 : Rv non-policy based removal of sourced content, WP:Promotion, trivial WP:Peacock, and you are not permitted to edit your own page, professor Newman, thus readds content about sexual harassment charges, reverting user editing own article again.
5 March 2018 - יניב הורון : "Sorry, but you are not editing your own article, Newman. Get out and leave it to other editors.", after six edits by the same user they were reverting, user reverts them again
יניב הורון "No. You already made this into WP:Promotion. If you must, ask other editors for help" notably, calls WP:Promotion into play just like previous IP did.
