Literally, 'May the (evil) eye not touch upon/hit [it]'.
Compare Bashkir күҙ теймәһен (küź teyməhen), Kazakh көз тимесін (köz timesın), Kyrgyz көз тиймесин (köz tiymesin), Uzbek ko'z tegmasin (“knock on wood”).
