  • This is a coordinating conjunction: ganai ... gi ... means if ... then ....
  • This cmavo ganai corresponds to the logical connective for material implication and does not imply causation. All it means is that the first clause is false or the second is true.
  • This is a so-called "forethought" connective. Its corresponding "afterthought" connectives are .inaja and .ijanai.
