ha- (up out) + -∅- (3rd person subject prefix) + -l- (classifier)-dóóh (imperfective stem of root -DO, “gas floats”).

  1. it floats, drifts or sails up out through the air (smoke, a cloud, a balloon)
    Shił haaldo.I take off in a balloon. (lit. it floats up with me.)
