      Members of the GT61 family (TaXAT) are responsible for monosubstitution of the majority of the wheat starchy endosperm AX with α-(1,3)–linked arabinofuranose [6 ], while candidates from the GT43 and GT47 families, TaGT43_2, TaGT47_2, with all three homoeologues expressed in the starchy endosperm, believed to be involved in synthesis of the AX backbone [8 ].
