Cognate with Tatar үкчә (ükçä), Kazakh өкше (ökşe), Kyrgyz өкчө (ökcö), Southern Altai энчек (enček), Uyghur ئوكچە (okche), Turkmen ökje, Ottoman Turkish اوكچه (ökçe, heel), etc.
