- maddaˀṯē kē sāpqī ṭīmē d-yaṣṣīpūṯā ḥulmānāytā, tarbīṯā, tišmišyāṯē ˁrīṣātē, urḥātē, w-šarkā.
- The tax covers the cost of health care, education, emergency services, roads, etc.
Usage notes[edit]
- This term in writing can be contracted as “ܘܫܲܪ...” but is still read out as the full phrase.
- For added emphasis some speakers may even use ܘܫܲܪܟܵܐ ܘܣܵܟ݂ܵܐ (w-šarkā w-sāḵā, “and so on and so forth”, literally “and the remainder and the sum”).
