  위증죄 는 증인 이 사실 에 관하여 기억 에 반하는 사실 을 진술함 으로써 성립하고 경험한 사실 에 대한 주관적 평가 나 법률적 효력 에 관한 의견 의 진술 은 위증죄 의 대상 이 되지 않는다.

  The testimony of a witness which is contrary to his recollection of the facts constitutes the offence of perjury; a subjective evaluation of one's experiences, or a statement of one's opinions as to the legal implications thereby, are not included in the offence of perjury.
