Indian potato (plural Indian potatoes)
- Any of several kinds of North American plants with edible, starchy bulbs or other underground structures, such as mariposa lilies, groundnuts, etc., especially
- Apios americana (American potato-bean), a terrestrial plant native to eastern North America;
- Orogenia spp. (now in Lomatium), a terrestrial plant native to western North America;
- Sagittaria latifolia (broadleaf arrowhead, duck potato), an aquatic plant native to North and South America.
