Michif
- One of the languages of the Metis people, spoken mainly in Canada. They exist along a continuum with three main types:
- A Cree dialect from northern Saskatchewan with some French borrowings.
- Synonyms: Michif Cree, Métis Cree, Northern Michif
- A variety of French with some Cree borrowings and grammar.
- Synonyms: Michif French, Métis French
- A true mixed language with many elements from both French and Cree.
- Synonym: French Cree
- A Cree dialect from northern Saskatchewan with some French borrowings.
