Usage notes and sense label

@TAKASUGI Shinji, Suzukaze-c, Huhu9001, Alves9, anyone else of the active JA editors --

I'd appreciate it if you could sanity-check the edits recently made by an anon, Special:Contributions/2.30.232.151, geo-locating to the UK. I've currently reverted them as this looks like it might be our long-standing incompetent UK anon who is obsessed with Japanese, anima, and manga. They also cite Wikipedia as their reason for the changes, which is always worrying.

That said, I also acknowledge that my familiarity with the worlds of slang, anime, and manga is limited, and it's possible that the anon was correct.

Please have a look, and revert my own reversion or make any other edits as appropriate.
