Italian. No figurative senses, unlike the English word, and per WT:FICTION, terms pertaining to fictional universes should only be included if they have been used at least three times in durably archived sources independent of the work of fiction. Is Doctor Who even that big in Italy? --Corsicanwarrah (talk) 22:21, 3 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Both the classic and the "revived" series have been broadcast, dubbed, on Italian national TV channels.  --Lambiam 12:41, 4 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Lambiam Okey-dokey. But WT:FICTION still applies, and are there at least three uses of "Dalek" independent of Doctor Who, or any figurative uses in durably archived sources at all, in Italian sources? Google Books, frustratingly, isn't useful...--Corsicanwarrah (talk) 15:18, 4 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
[1], [2], [3].  --Lambiam 15:49, 4 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Lambiam In that case, Keep, and add the figurative definition. --Corsicanwarrah (talk) 12:09, 5 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
I have removed the (science fiction) label, so that the definition will cover all senses. That seemed sufficient (to me).  --Lambiam 12:41, 5 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
