[edit]Inherited from Old Polish koszara, from a Romance language (cf. Romanian coșar, coșara, cașare),[1] from Old Church Slavonic кошара (košara), from Proto-Slavic *košàra. Compare Czech košár, Ukrainian коша́ра (košára).
